Kia Ora Tatou A warm welcome back to our students this week for term 4. Even though it is short this is an important term especially for our senior students. As seniors you have only got 10 more days remaining. I encourage all seniors to be in a position to be able to go this study after prize giving. Before then seniors need to be in class focused on gaining their NCEA qualification, working for a subject endorsement or aiming high for an overall endorsement. For those that need some extra time and help to gain their credits, and are in a position to do so, I will communicate with them closer to the time that they are expected to return to school and continue working until they have achieved their respective NCEA level. International food day I have just left international food day in our Hall at lunchtime. This was a wonderful experience. So many different smells, delicious looking and tasting foods and a great “vibe”. Thanks to all the stall holders, from the community, students and staff, that put on such an amazing variety of food. International foods day continues to be a favourite event for many staff and students here! Junior activities For juniors, at the end of the year, we have a range of activities for you to take part in over two days. We are fortunate to live where there are so many different things to do on our doorstep. This is a great time to experience something new or try an activity you always wanted to do. Mr Palmer has sent out information on this recently. Please take the time to read it and send your permission slips back to Mr Palmer via email or into the school office.
