Waikato Culinary Fare 2021 - Medal Winners

This competition is held annually at Wintec in Hamilton and the standard of offerings is exceedingly high. It is the premier and largest regional competition of its kind in the country, with schools and tertiary providers coming from all around the top half of the North Island to compete.

A Visit by Meng Foon and Nid Satjipanon

On Monday, 5th July, Meng Foon, Race Relations Commissioner, and Nid Satjipanon, Human Rights Advisor, visited our school to hold a workshop with some of our senior students to discuss racism in schools, work places and the community.

Massey High Students Farewell Olympians

On the evening of Wednesday 23rd June, 3 members of the MHS Jazz Combo, Noah Kim, Jamal Siyad Hussein and Iggy Palmero Epstein, performed at the farewell ceremony for the New Zealand Olympians who are heading to the Olympics in Japan.

FMG Junior Young Farmer of the Year

Last week Matthew Webster and Kaycey Dangen, competed in the FMG Junior Young Farmer of the Year competition in Christchurch after qualifying in the regional round back in April.

Spirit of Adventure

On Saturday 26 June ten Year 10 students accompanied by Mr Campbell headed out from Princes Wharf into the Hauraki Gulf on board the sailing ship Spirit of Adventure.

Student Achievement - Ella Fletcher

Massey High student, Ella Fletcher, will be appearing on-stage in the first week of the July school holidays in the upbeat, teen-friendly show, Disney's High School Musical, presented by Auckland Performing Arts Academy (APAA).

Turbo Touch

A hybrid game, invented by Touch New Zealand, played mostly indoors and contains fundamental elements of at least 5 different sports – Touch, Netball, Ultimate, Gridiron and Basketball.
