"Show me the money!"

We call Term 3 the "Money Term". It relates to the famous line in the film, Jerry Maguire, "Show me the Money!"

The 'worth' of the player and his hard work, determination, training, skill and latest accomplishments justified how much he would earn.
The same applies to our tamariki and mokopuna in the senior school.
The work, manawanui, planning and completion of internal assessments and preparation for external assessments all load up in this term and the upcoming study break.

Our staff spend a large amount of time and energy ensuring we prepare the students for these assessments.
Students have to take ownership of their assessments so the quality of their pass - Achieved (A), Merit (M) or Excellence (E) recognises the effort and work they have put in.
This then gives them a pathway into Level 2, 3 and high-end Tertiary Courses for degrees or apprenticeships.

Make the most of Assessment Week, Week 10, and the opportunities in the study break to get the best academic ticket for your pathway next term.
Make this "money term" pay dividends for your future.
